Wellington, New Zealand (November 2012) – Merino pioneer Icebreaker is launching a dazzling range of colours, nature-inspired graphics and stripes for its Fall/Winter 2013 underwear collection.

The New Zealand-based merino specialist’s range of luxuriously soft underwear for men and women includes camis, tanks, bras, hipkinis, hot pants, boxers, briefs, leggings, short sleeve tops and long sleeve tops.

All are made from ultralite 150gm premium merino wool, with a touch of LYCRA® for the perfect fit. Lightweight, non-itch and as soft as silk, Icebreaker merino regulates temperature and is highly breathable to prevent overheating. 

For Fall/Winter 2013, Icebreaker introduces hot new colours in its Sprite and Siren women’s underwear styles. Colours include deep purple Lotus, rich Magenta, pastel Peach and gorgeous pale blue Teardrop.

Bold new colours in Icebreaker’s Anatomica range for men include fiery red Heat, glacial blue Largo and mid blue Force.

Colour also features as zesty contrast stripes on side seams, adding a burst of energy to winter styles. Tanks, camis, briefs, boxers and some tops feature feed stripes in contrast colours.

Icebreaker has a reputation for its delicate nature-inspired prints, and this latest range is no exception. Snowflakes, ice crystals and New Zealand flora are among the subjects of designs created by Icebreaker guest artists for the Fall/Winter 2013 underwear collection.
